In the newest episode of Marching to Madness, Ken and I had the opportunity to interview Troy head coach Phil Cunningham.
After serving as an assistant for many years, Cunningham took over as head coach of the Trojans in 2013.
Although the team has continued to struggle in recent years, Troy may be ready to take a step forward in Conference USA next season. They have a good nucleus of players returning, and hopefully, Cunningham can finally find success with this team.
Cunningham is a great guy and easy to talk to. We definitely enjoyed the conversation on a wide variety of topics.
